The community rallied in support, reflecting the deep respect and appreciation he held in their hearts. A fundraising compilation was curated, featuring renowned drum & bass producers, serving as both a tribute and a lifeline.

The unfortunate news of Leke Adesoye’s passing was confirmed through an Instagram post by Simon Colebrooke, the founder of 2 Bad Mice. In this post, Colebrooke fondly recalled Adesoye’s profound influence on the scene, emphasizing his role in shaping and defining the jungle and drum & bass movement.

Notably, Aerosoul was the driving force behind Junglist Movement, a brand that made waves and gained cult status in 1999’s iconic film, “Human Traffic.”
