On Monday, October 10, 2022,Alex Willis Leawood passed away in his sleep while camping in Arkansas with his best pals. Despite the fact that Alex’s time with us was abruptly cut short, he left us with a lot to be proud of. With family and friends, we spent many dinners at Jalapeo’s and days at the Lake of the Ozarks laughing as Alex kept us amused with his sharp wit.Patrick and Janet Willis of Leawood, Kansas, where he was born on June 2, 2002, are his parents. They are also survived by his brother Zachary Willis of Springdale, Arkansas, Zack’s wife Marianna, and his grandfather Robert Willis of Leawood. On Friday, October 21, 2022, at 2:00 PM, his funeral service will be conducted in the Wesley Chapel of the Church of the Resurrection, located at 13720 Roe Avenue in Leawood, Kansas 66224.
